Members signed up to bring food items for the contest and for jobs at the contest.
Our Contest is December 4th!!
All members are expected to help out with the contest- We are aware that the SAT's are the day of the contest, but any member taking the SAT's is expected to work on a committee.
We also need parents to help out with the contest- please ask your parents to help out with the contest! Please see Mrs. Fairbanks in room 287 to sign up to bring food and work the contest!

Reminder: If you ordered a T-shirt, money is due in room 284 by Friday, October 15.
Please remember to bring in 2 2-Liter bottles of soda- you will recieve one point for each 2 bottles, up to 2 points.
Mu Alpha Theta is participating in Operation Christmas Child this year. Boxes are due in room 284 or 287 by October 29th. Instructions on how to pack the shoe box
Members signed up to run the Homecoming Carnival and to address letters to area high schools for our contest on DECEMBER 4TH

Members interested in a Math Contest at Klein Collins High School on Saturday, November 13th must sign up and pay no later than Friday, October 29th. This is a close contest and an easy way to get your contest point!More Information

Members interested in a Math Contest at Texas A&M University on Saturday, November 20th must sign up and pay no later than Friday, November 7th for the A&M contest. You must ride the bus to and from this contest. More Information

Reminder: All members must get 5 points a semester. You can get points by attending meetings and math contests and participating in various other activities.
Please get your contest point in early this year- there are contests at Klein and Klein Collins in October and November- This is the best way to get your point in because you can take one test and leave- you will have to stay the whole day at later contests that are farther away.
This year, we will be holding tutoring in Room 284 on Monday afternoons and Friday mornings. Please sign up for these sessions! You must attend three sessions to get one point.
T-shirts will be available soon!

Sign up for the Klein Contest in room 284. Tests are $4.50 and you may take Number Sense, Calculator, Mathematics, or Science. Again, this is an easy way to get your contest point!

9/1/04 Old Members Meeting

Meetings will be on the first tuesday of every month at 6:50 am in Room 287. You must be present by 7:05 to get points but after 7:05, you may still come to listen.

Our contest will be on December 4th. We will be hosting a TMSCA meet this year. Members must help with the contest and we may need parents to help also. We will have more information later.

This year, the officers will choose the t-shirt design. We will get information to you soon.

All members will be required to get 5 participation or service points per semester and must attend one contest a year. Check points here Try to get your contest point in early this year- there are contests at Klein and Klein Collins early this semester- later contests will require a whole day as opposed to an hour for your test.

This year, Mu Alpha Theta members will be tutoring before and after school one day a week. We will have more information at a later meeting.
