Students

If you are currently a full-time KO student enrolled in grades 9-12 and are interested in submitting original writing and/or visual artwork, please download the following forms:

Writing submissions:   Word  or  PDF
Art submissions:   Word  or  PDF

Please paper-clip or staple these to your submission(s) after filling them out and turn them in to Mrs. Mastracchio in Room 179. Remember that all written submissions must be typed in 12pt Times New Roman font, double-spaced, on white unlined paper, and your name may not appear anywhere on the submission itself (only on the form). The submission deadline will be sometime towards the end of January 2005 (exact date TBA).
