News and Updates

After our most recent meeting on the afternoon of November 23rd, it's pretty clear that our two main orders of business to finish up this semester with are gleaning sponsorships and accumulating more submissions. We are going to try one of our members' ideas of leaving our submission flyers on the lunch tables so hopefully that will increase awareness of our club within the student body. As for sponsorships, every member has been asked to approach relatives or neighbors for contributions. If each member could come up with at least one donation, that would significantly aide our financial goal.

T-shirts should be in soon! Please stay tuned and listen to the announcements if you ordered a T-shirt. They will probably cost $10-$12.

Our membership turn-out at the past couple of meetings has been quite low, so please don't forget to come to our next meeting on December 7th if you are still interested in being a part of the club. Remember that if you cannot make a meeting, it is your responsibility to check in with Mrs. Mastracchio or you may be removed from the roster.
